ISG type pipeline pump
1、 Overview
The IHG (ISG) series single-stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump is designed by our company's technical personnel and domestic water pump experts using excellent hydraulic models from China. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and cleverly combines them on the basis of a general vertical pump. At the same time, according to different operating temperatures, media, etc., suitable hot water, high temperature, and corrosive chemical pumps are derived from the IG type. This series of products has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. And explosion-proof motors (IRG, IHG, ISG, IHGPB, etc.) can be equipped according to user needs, and the products are designed and manufactured according to ISO2858 standards.2、 Characteristics of pipeline pumps
1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal Sealing surface material: The static ring is made of solid alloy or silicon carbide, and the dynamic ring is made of graphite, with a service life of generally more than one year.
3. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, just remove the pump body bracket nut to extract all rotor components.
4. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
5. Pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
3、 Purpose:
1. ISG type vertical pipeline pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle. The bathroom and other facilities are equipped with cold and warm water circulation and pressurization, with a usage temperature of T ≤ 80 ℃.
2. The IRG vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps, with a service temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.
3. The IHG vertical corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting chemical corrosive liquids in industries such as textiles, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, hygiene, food, and oil refining, with a service temperature of T ≤ 100 ℃.
4、 Working conditions
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering.
2. The ambient temperature is ≤ 40 degrees and the relative humidity is ≤ 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used contains small particles, please specify when placing an order.
5、 Installation instructions
1. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during pump operation.
2. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump.
3. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up
4. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that it operates within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.
5. After installation, the pump shaft should be moved, and there should be no rubbing or jamming of the impeller. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
6、 Start and Stop
1. Test whether the motor rotation is correct. When looking at the pump from the top of the motor, it should rotate clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal. (The specific direction should be based on the steering mark on the pump)
2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check if all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
5. High temperature type should be preheated first, with a heating rate of 50 ℃/hour to ensure uniform heating of all parts.
start:
1. Fully open the inlet valve.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running correctly.
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the desired operating condition. If the user has a flow or pressure gauge installed outside the pump outlet, the pump should be operated at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user has a flow or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, the motor current of the pump should be tested by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve to ensure that the motor is running within the rated current. Otherwise, it will cause the pump to operate at overload (i.e. high current operation) and cause the motor to burn out. The opening size of the adjusted outlet valve is related to the working conditions of the pipeline.
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. Normally, the mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute.
6. Check that the temperature rise at the motor and bearings is ≤ 70 ℃.
parking:
1. The high-temperature type should first cool down, with a cooling rate of ∠ 10 ℃/min. Reduce the temperature to below 80 ℃ before parking.
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline.
3. Turn off the power.
4. Close the inlet valve.
5. If parking for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained completely.
7、 Pump maintenance
1. Maintenance during operation:
(1) The imported pipeline must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from running for a long time in a cavitation state.
(2) Regularly check the motor current value and ensure it does not exceed the rated current of the motor.
(3) After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
2. Mechanical seal maintenance:
(1) Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles.
(2) Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions.
(3) If the viscosity of the medium is high or prone to crystallization, steam should be used to clean the pump after shutdown to prevent damage to the machine seal during the next start-up.
